i have a chevy cobalt 06 is it a flex fuel car ?

i was wondering if it could run on that cheap e-85 gas i was told it had to be a flex fuel car

No its not. E85 isn't a good deal either. Its only cheaper because its subsidized by the government. Too bad your mileage will drop by about 1/3 which cancels out all the savings you got from buying it.
