sometimes it will shift into O/D and other times it sounds like its forever towing uphill or pulling a load. it will also lurch forward as if you had your foot on the accelerator when stopped with foot on the brake. it races when starting then slowly idles down until shifting from park to either drive or rev. when it does it again. my husband says it sound like the torque converter and pressure plates are bad. I just need answers before I spend a boat load of money, because the truck is in excellent shape gets good gas mileage and is totally paid for, overall its a keeper...I want to keep it . HELP !!!
