all.? what are the options for fixing this it starts and runs but has lost power and will stall alot of the times once the engine gets warm

Watch your coolant levels. Remove your radiator cap and look inside. READ the "dexcoolsettlement.com" web-site. Also, read the "GM Litigation" web-sites. You may be leaking coolant into the combustion chambers due to an internal coolant leak where the water "bridges" across the intake manifold. It is a design flaw, if this is the problem. What do your OTHER cylinders have for compression?? Was your engine EVER over-heated to cause a head gasket leak??? Good luck!!

First thing you need to do is find out why it happened. Sounds like someone ran the crap out of it. Are all the cylinders you are talking about on one side or both? Do you have rad fluid in your oil? Is the head/s cracked? Have you dropped valves?

Piston rings are wore out or Valves Are bent/sticking..
Engine or cylinder heads Need to be Rebuilt / Overhauled..
