I had an 88 and i roof mounted the cb, in the middle of the cab just in behind the windshield. There is two layers of sheet metal and used short screws. All the wires and coax ran through the headliner and out to both mirror mounted antennas. ZThe power went down the front left pillar and into the fuse panel for power. Cant remember exactly were they went but probably off the ingition side. Not sure on accessory fuse location. Never heard of one on these trucks.
