It has a plug in the end of the axle extension housing. The plug has to be removed and the fluid level checked from under the vehicle. It is checked the same as any other vehicle as it has to be normal operating temp. It may be more feasible to have a mechanic check it as previously stated. I don't agree with the manufacturer doing away with the dipstick the customer loses out on this deal all the way around. Happy motoring.
