I pretty much want it blown.. Ive seen many dual carb superchargers but what do i haveto take into consideration?
The nova is a small block if tht helps
thankyou to all people helping me...

I would go talk to your mechanic, because when I talked to mine last year, he suggested that I turbo charge it instead of supercharge it. ( I just dont remember why? although turbo charging is more reliable among other things, it also makes use of free power by using exhaust gasses, a supercharger is run off a belt so it takes a lot of power from the engine to run too. But the reason I suggest you talk to a mechanic, or your mechanic (and I understand you may work on your own stuff, is this, find out whats the best most reliable power adder, first, so you dont spin your wheels in the wrong direction only to find out there is a better way. And I worked with some old time mechanics years ago, who were more turbocharge pro, then super charge pro, but I dont know why.
additional details I typed in " whats better, superchargers or turbochargers?" in my web search box, and there are plenty of links in the webresults page, one of the main advantages (among others) is a supercharger can spin at 40,000 rpm (extremely high, also means BEARINGS ARE SUPER CRITICAL) AND turbo chargers spin roughly 15,000 rpm ( I KNOW, THATS HIGH too, but a hell of a lot less than 40,000 rpm) BUT ITS RESEARCH TIME!! for you

There's allot to be taken in to consideration. Super is more reliable and easier to keep running, but turbos can produce more power. Super chargers produce power across all rpms where a normal single turbo will produce at higher rpms. You have to make sure you have high enough compression to start with, and you also should have a solid lower end.
