the lift gate latches are adjustable, losen the strike post slightly and tap them in towards the interior of the truck this will compreess the weatherstrip tighter producing a better seal. if you are talking about glass seal, adjust gate as mentioned and check for excessive play in the glass to regulator, it is attached with nylon/plastic connectors that wear with age and probably need replacement as well
