How to replace fuel injectors in 1997 Chevy Suburban.?

Im am getting terrible gas milage in my 1997 K1500 Suburban. It has 180,000 miles, rebuil engine 15,000 miles ago, exhaust leak, and HO2 sensor and Mass Air Flow sensor are missreading. I know it could be because of mass air flow sensor. It gets about 8 mpg and used to get 16. It has a power loss hopefully due to H02 sensor. I just want to replace them my self, have experience, so that way I dont have to worry about them, I just want it to run like new.
 
Since you already said that the O2 sensors are mis-reading, you should tackle those first. Faulty O2 sensors will cause the engine to run rich, and reduce your economy.

The factory poppets are known for leaking as they age. They are not hard to replace, but it is a time consuming process. You will need to remove the upper intake manifold to gain access to the 'spider'.
