I've had this problem for the longest time with my camaro. I'm not a car genius so anything anyone tells me sounds convincing but after so many different things and it still not working, I'm getting quite frustrated. First, someone said that some wire was interrupting with the starter, and supposedly that got fixed and still nothing. Then I was told the battery. I bought a new battery and now still nothing. Now someone else is telling me its my fuel filter. My car has electricity because when I put it in idle the lights all turn on and the stereo works (I have a push button start) and when I push the button to start it, the car "ignites" but doesn't actually start. Something is not giving enough power somewhere for the car to fully start and go. Because it doesn't just start and then goes off, it just doesn't reach that point at all. Any suggestions?
