How to fix 1994 chevrolet silverado tail lights?

Whenever I put on my left blinker, both sides flash, and the same with the right. Whenever I put my truck into reverse the white lights don't light up, the brake lights do. What do you think the problem is? How could I fix it? & how much am I looking to pay? Thank you.
I do not know anything about vehicles. Where could I take my truck to get it fixed and how much will it cost me?

The box is not properly grounded to the frame. Remove the tailights & clean the ground wires. Run a seperate ground wire from the frame to the box.
