I recently inherited a 1986 maroon corvette. I just got it up and running with a tune-up since it had been sitting outside for the last 1.5 years. I'm putting a new exhaust on it in about a week but there's a lot that needs to be done with it to make it look good. This includes redoing weather stripping, a new paint job, reupholstery done to the seats (or just new seats altogether), new interior carpet. Just to name a few. My father took great care of the engine when in his possession for the last 8 years.
So really I have two questions.
1: Do I keep it and continue to fix it up and sell it once it looks good, or sell it as is after the exhaust is put in?
2: How much would it sell for in each of these instances?
