how much would a 1981 Corvette with 138000 miles be worth?

This guy's selling a 1981 corvette with 138000 miles. The car is in good condition but there are holes in the seats but thats about it... How much is it worth???
 
The NADA book value is between $11,100-$23,400.. but it would be tough to get that much from a 81 corvette.. maybe if it was in great condition would it get 11k..

I just helped a friend pick up a 1976 corvette that was in great condition and he only dropped around 6k on it and it had a freshly rebuilt 350 in it
