How much is a 1993 chevy silverado worth?

I am looking at buying a '93 silverado and Im wondering if the price he's asking is too high ($5,500). It has the following features also:
· Air Conditioning
· Cruise Control
· ABS Brakes
· Tinted Windows
· Alloy Wheels
· AM/FM
· CD Changer
· Tilt Steering
· Power Windows
· Power Locks
· Tow Package
· 4WD
· Bedliner
· Truck Bed Cover
It also has a rebuild engine (Worth 10k) and has around 133,000 miles on it.
I'm thinking that its worth around $4,000 but I don't know for sure...

I would plug everything into that site. Honestly though, a lot of times they don't really show for rebuilt engines (which, you may be able to work into your favor!)

they are about right on the money with that price.
But you may be able to negotiate. Doesnt hurt to try.
