how much does it cost to change water pump in 1997 Chevy Malibu v4, 2.4L?

I live in Seattle WA and the car has 105k miles on it. the coolant starts to leak and checked with few mechanic and diagnosed that water put has to be replaced. their estimations were outrageous and i wanna make sure i don't get ripped off. can anyway give me a true estimation,

Don't know about that model but a water pump is usually an unbolt, replace and tighten bolts operation - 15 minutes. the pump itself is low tech and fairly cheap. You're probably looking at $100.
