My wipers sometimes do not work at all. At other times they start right up but this is hardly the case. Sometimes they are slow to start, i will turn them on wait a while and finally they will go. a few times when i hear it might rain i will turn them on when i leave the house and 15 minutes later they will go. But any idea whats wrong here and how to fix it?
