My 2001 Chevy Malibu had a custom radio in it. Well the faceplate was lost so we decided to install the stock radio back on the car but when we started it up it now says LOC. I took it to the dealership and the tech said it would need to be reprogrammed for $85. Is there any way I can do this myself? Am I really going to have to pay $85 to listen to my radio?
