How do I remove the shift knob from my 06 Chevy Silverado?

I have a shift knob thats a little messed up and I would like to replace it but I cant seem to understand how its attached. There are no set screws, and I cant seem to unscrew it or pull it off.
Its a 5spd Manual by the way.
