How do i remove the heads of a 2001 chevrolet cavalier?

i have a 2.2l ohv 2001 cavalier and i am trying to take the heads off but there seems to be alot of things involved will somebody let me know the steps to removing them maybe like if you have alldata i do not have a subscription..... please and thank you
