BLOWING HOT AIR ON PASSENGER SIDE ONLY AND DEALER ADVISED $$$800 IN PARTS AND LABOR AND I THINK I CAN DO MYSELF PLEASE HELP!
My Dual Climate control is not Digital. Its the Actuator behind the Evaporator , Its on the passenger side.

it depends if it's a lower or upper actuator. they I had a 2003 silverado with a 5.3 and dual climate zone control(digital). i had 3 actuators go out and 2500dollars later it was fixed and now they are under warranty!

But to answer your question the whole dash comes down to get to those actuators. very time consuming job and it isn't a quick 1-4hour fix.
