i have a 1996 chevy and i wont to know is there anything i can do to get better gas mileage i am currently going to make a free flow catalytic converter get a dual exhaust and either make a better air intake or buy a k&n air intake but will changing the cap heads to the pistons give me better gas mileage do to the increase in horsepower (if its not called cap heads then correct me please)
