I have a 1991 chevy silverado C1500. The horn does not work, I found a broken wire that goes to the wiring harness on the horn itself, and I repaired the break, but it still wont sound, I know there is a relay but I dont know where it is, and I cannot locate the information I need in my Haynes book, any help is appreciated!!! PLEASE
