Hood Latch Adjustment

How do you adjust the hood latch on a 73 nova?

When im going down the road the hood lifts about an inch higher than the fenders. when stops it sits as it should.

thanks learned what I needed to from there. I had to raise the passenger side one quite a bit because it was missing the rubber piece and I had to lower the center a lot as well.
