I have a 1974 Nova 350 engine with 350 transmisson. When i got the engine it had 2 gal. of oil in it and was pucking oil out the exoust. Now after changing all the fluids and re setting the vales. When ideling the engine goes fine but when i put it into gear L1 is fine. L2 and drive it starts to backfire. when I go back to L1 it works fine. HELP PLESASE!!! I've timed the engine and changed new spark plugs and coil
