My car ended up at the mechanics this week because it would not start. It would act like it was going to but never fire up. My mechanic tells me that it is a crank shaft position sensor. He replaces this and as he is driving around making sure the car is fixed...the same crank shaft sensor goes bad. He is saying the computer has to be telling the sensor when to shut off or blow etc. What could cause the crank shaft sensor to keep going bad? I think my mechanic is stuck :O
