HELP Law Enforcement Identify this Truck

Please assist in identifying this truck. It is being used in several high dollar commercial thefts. Although I cannot go into details regarding this subject, I can tell you that these subjects need to be off the streets. Once things wrap up, I will provide details on the outcome.

What I do know;

Chevy Silverado, White, has a full length black ladder rack, long bed, and appears to be a 2wd by its stance. The stripe you see going down the entire length appears to be old company striping. Based on the fact its a work truck, its probably an entry model..... But you guys are the experts. In the past, I've had good luck and Im hoping you can help out. Any thoughts are welcome.

It might help if you at least let us know what area of the U.S. you're in. State and general vicinity would be a great asset. If you're not in Tennessee, then I can't even begin to help.

Just to clarify... Im not expecting anyone to know this peticular truck or its owner/driver. Im only asking for your assistance in determining a year, trim line, etc. If you have something to offer, all I ask is that you explain how you determined whatever info you provide so that I can better understand. For example, if you tell me " I think its an 01", let me know why you think that.
