Hi I just rotated my tires on my 08 Checy Cobalt Lt, and today I went to fill air in my tires and my tire pressure monitor was werid, I was filling air in the Front Right tire but the tire pressure monitor wasn't responding then I relized that iit was reading the Right Rear tire pressure which was at 41 psi, I asked my my auto teacher what to do and he said that I need to reset the tire pressure censors so they corospond with the correct tire, and I have no idea how to do that....so please someone help a lady thank you : )

I would be happy to help you out... The answer is way TOO long to reprint here, so please go to www.google.com and type in 2008 Chevy Cobalt tire monitor resets. The first choice should be Tire Pressure Monitor System (TPMS) problem - Page 2 - Cobalt SS. Choose that. I know you have a Cobalt LT, but the process should be the same. Also, on a secondary site, a Cobalt driver mentioned that the TPMS reset should be spelled out in your owner's manual that came with the car.
Regardless, scroll up or down on the first page of the www.cobaltss.net forum page that Google took you to until you find a posting from Maven, ECO tech... That individual posted the entire instructions to reset the monitors from the 2008 Cobalt Owners Manual, Doc ID# 2029184.
