Hei dist. problem

I have a 66 chevelle 396 running hei dist. every part in dist. is new but can't get any spark. I have a 93 GMC 350 running great on hei dist. I take dist.out of 350 and drop into 396 and still no spark. What is going on? About to drive me nuts

Where are you getting the 12v source for the distributor?
You appear to have no power to the distributors.
