Has anyone else had trouble with diesel service?

Anywhere I go they say it will be weeks before they can look at it, but everytime they try to fix it, after a couple miles the truck fails again. I have a 2013 3500 hd for car hauling but this truck breaks down so much I have to cancel those plans. I have had DEF problem, fuel system issues and the truck is clearly a lemon but I bought it use so I'm trying to meow lemon aid but the truck is in the shop more than on the road. Is this just my diesel or is this a common problem with these truck

are you aware that the factory 3yr 36k mile warranty is transferable, was it sold more than 3 years ago or do you have more than 36 miles?
who is repairing it, a dealer or private shop?
