Got a new 2006 Z71 , DVD questions and engine light question

I just got a 2006 Z71 1/2 ton Suburban. It has 82,000 miles on it. Where can I get head phones for the DVD player? Also the engine light comes on at random times. Everything looks and sounds good on the motor. Does anyone else have this problem? Hubby's '95 Chevy has done this since it was new so I think it's just a 'gotta live with it" deal. Also it randomly tells me to tighten gas cap, gas cap is not loose.
The body style bothers my husband. Did they not change that body style, when they changed the trucks?
