Gear Vendors Under/overdrive

Is anyone familiar with this product, or actually have and use it? I have the TH400 3 spd w/o an overdrive, and I'd like to get some feedback on adding an overdrive unit like this.

Right now my tranny is fresh, and I'm also a bit shy about changing out origninal parts, since I currently run a stock set up. However, I'll still seriously consider this option down the road and appreciate the great resource.
