Fuel line busted on a 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS?

How much would it cost to repair and replace a busted fuel line on a 2006 Chevy Cobalt LS at a Chevy Dealership?
My friend just said it can't be done at home, that it needs to be on a car lift like the ones at the service dept of a dealership, if that helps in figuring out how deep the problem is.
