External audio input to the radio from Bluetooth device

I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD, new style body with the basic Chevy radio and would like to connect a Bluetooth communication device to it for cell phone use through the trucks speakers. Anyone have any knowledge about trying to do this?
I would like to connect in the same way as OnStar does. Any schematics out there to cover this?

The only solution I can find is to take the output from bluetooth device and put it into an FM radio transmitter like one used for playing Mp3 music.
I have one on order and I'll let you know how it works out.
