Evap emissions

I recently did a tune up and replaced tje fuel pump on my 2001 silverado witj tje 5.3 liter engine. At the same time i pulled a code for evaporative emissions. After the parts were replaced i still got this code and now occasionally a random cylinder misfire that i can feel. Would this system cause the misfire or are my coils going bad?

the evap code doesnt cause a misfire, you didnt list the code but typically replacing the gas cap is the first thing on the list for the evap code.
A misfire should give you another code, have you scanned again?

I got code 440 and later code 300. It doesn't come up all the time but I can feel a misfire as put my foot into the accelerator.

the p0300 indicates all cylinders are misfiring. The link below gives you a number of items to check.
Did you dislodge a vacuum hose or electrical connector when you did the tune up?
If you replaced spark plugs did you install the correct ones and gap them?
