Electrical sounding pop intermittently when starting

My 2019 equinox has for the past yr been popping sometimes when starting. Sounds like my speaker is shorting out. Took in, they replaced radio. Still happened. They replaced battery and 2 months later that battery died leaving me stranded. They put in another battery, and seem to think it's that. Any ideas, because they don't really have any

Who is they, a Chevrolet dealer?
Did the dealer check for technical service bulletins?
You have a factory radio?

Yes a chevy dealer. Yes it's the factory radio, and they said the technician checked for all updates and service bulletins

Could try replacing the starter relay in the fuse box
