does anyone know how to access the fuse box for a 2005 chevy cobalt?

this is driving me nuts. I'm trying to access the fuse box, on the right passenger side and I don't know how to take that stupid panel off!

does anyone know how to take that off? I don't really want to break anything so, if you do own a chevy cobalt, please tell me how!
