Does anybody else have terrible xm reception in their 2009 Chevy Malibu?

I had a 2005 Chevy Malibu that got great XM reception, but now that I own a 2009 Malibu, the reception is lousy at best. Trees, bridges, any overhang, signs all cause temporary loss of signal. Very irritating!!!
