dent in quarter panel on my chevy silverado?

I have a dent in my rear quarter panel on my 2000 chevy silverado 1500, its not to huge maybe medium sized, i am able to pop it out my hand but i can pop it back in just my pushing with my finger.


How can i fix this??

put heat on it after you pop it out, be careful not to burn the paint
