debating between 2 cars...09 chevy cobalt, or 08 hyundai elantra?

if they come out with the 09 elantra it would eb that, but basically the newest one....which would be better, and state your reasons

Elantra.
Better quality, smoother ride, better inteior. Looks more expensive than a Cobalt, which is a very common car.
