Where is the daytime running light module located on a 2003 suburban also sometimes called the daylight running diode assembly or module.

in this diagram #61 appears to be under the dash

Yes but the big question is where under the dash it looks like it’s part 71
It’s supposed to be under the dash to the right of the steering column but I can’t find it
