I drive a 2007 LT Suburban 1500. Its basically an LTZ without Nav. Has every option available. I've been reading other posts on here but can't seem to find an answer. This is my first American car and is new to me. My cruise control doesn't work. The on/off switch on the steering wheel comes on but it will not activate. I looked for the fuse but couldn't find it, so if someone could direct me there I'd like to check it first. All my brake lights work so I don't think its due to a faulty stop lamp. Any help is appreciated. If its the brake switch I'm not sure what I'd be looking for, so any links would help. Someone suggested checking my DTC's but i don't know what that is. Thanks a bunch.

I have the owners manual and have looked at all of the pages for the fuses but wasn't able to find one that is labeled Cruise Control. I know how to work the cruise control but it isn't setting. How do i adjust to brake switch under the pedal? I've read that, that might be set too high which causes the cruise control to engage and disengage at the same time, like it is sensing that i am pressing the brake pedal. Any one have any other ideas to try? I really don't want to take it to a shop and pay $100 an hour for them to try to figure it out.

That manual actually says which fuse under the hood is for the CC. My manual only says Misc. Ign. so that is why i wasn't able to find it. The fuse (#43) is good. What's some other options.
