Key responsibilities include leading and directing multiple marketing channels to develop brand recognition, developing and implementing Corvette web catalog market strategy to achieve desired growth objectives and to continually seek out new opportunities to strengthen ECS Tuning's position in the marketplace. As the Corvette marketplace grows, the Brand Manager is responsible for the recruiting, daily management, and development their team to assure company goals and objectives are being realized.

Professional Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm and profound knowledge of the Corvette brand, vehicle marketplace, and current enthusiast trends
• A self-starter and willingness to take initiative to forge "new paths" and find innovative solutions
• Accustomed to working within rapidly-growing companies and comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial environment
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to attain business objectives
• Demonstrated effective leadership competencies and the ability to influence others
• 2-5 years' progressive responsibility leading a team to accomplish specific financial and non-financial based objectives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, general internet and computer skills
• Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of catalog, marketing, photo, research and development personnel
• Establish and maintain key vendor relationships
• Communicate and report project results, daily activity and project milestones
• Develop relevant performance metrics for Corvette brand, prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management based on operational performance
• Assist in financial projections and budgeting process's for Corvette market
• Manage day-to-day progress of the Corvette products and seize opportunities for better product execution on the internet
• Define, facilitate and manage master plans for key Corvette products
• Utilize website cataloging system to properly execute display of products for the Corvette market on ecommerce website
• Maintain company brand integrity across all product lines, advertising and all other internal and external communications as it pertains to the Corvette and companies brand
