climate control problem

The heater motor switch is not working so I don't get any heat. I thought the problem was in the climate control module but several different auto parts dealers have told me it is more likely the heater motor resistor. Any ideas as to what the problem is and where that resistor is. Thanks ahead of time for any input.:confused

Are you saying the fan speed switch is not working?
If so does high speed work and the lower speeds do not work?
