Clear fluid leaking in front of my p/s front tire.

2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 4WD. Have a clear fluid leaking by my p/s front tire, wondering if it’s a strut since these trucks have electric power steering. Brake reservoir is full also.

Remove the wheel and check the strut

The coolant overflow tank is known to leak.
