Chevy Volt price drop. and Volt owners!?

When will the Chevrolet Volts price drop? I know that it still isn't available in all states and GM is pumping the number up to 25,000 cars produced in 2011, up from 10,000 first estimate. But when do you think the price will drop? used Volt price at the end of the year?
Second part
for you Volt owners what do you pay for insurance? I could suspect that its a bit because its new with new technology.

Probably by next year, a few days ago GM has announced that they have already developed new battery technology. It is suppose to hold twice the power for the same amount of weight and charge at higher voltage causing it to charge faster and will be cheaper.
