Chevy Silverado Lift Kits?

I am in the process of searching for lift kits for my truck, however i know very little on this subject so any help would be great. I have a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 2WD tht i ultimately want to just lift up and throw some bigger tires and rims on it, ANY IDEAS???

take it to a shop that does suspension work and they can get everything you need.
