Chevy Cobalt radio panel replacement and cigarette burn repair?

I just bought a used 2006 chevy cobalt, and the paint around the seek button for the radio has worn off. (must have belonged to a station searcher ) I was wondering if anyone knew if I could replace just the cover for that part of the radio if I got one from online or a junkyard?

Also, there is a cigarette burn on the seat. Does anyone know what the best repair kit would be to repair this?
