Chevy cobalt Headlights wont turn on but still work.?

When I use the remote keyless entry they blink and stay on for 10-15sec. When I start the car by Yellow lights turn on but nothing else. I've been driving around at night with my fog lights on. What's the deal?

oh btw its an 06 ss 2.4l coupe

Manually turning them on wont work either. High beams still work.
