Chevy Avalanche...better with or without body armor?

Better without the Avlanche, actually. Terrible car. Two co-workers bought them and traded them off within a few months. Lost a ton of money...
 
It's an Avalanche....you can't make it look good, no matter what you do!
 
I currently have an 03 Avalanche WBH (Without Body Hardware)
I did not like the cladded truck, either. All that plastic would get knocked off on the places I drive sometimes.
My truck currently has 41K and I have had no problems AT ALL!
This truck runs great. Hauls and tows my travel trailer or my boat very well. Gas mileage is not so good, 14/19 mpg, but this thing is huge. This is the most comfortable road vehicle I have owned. Rides like a Cadillac, really! . Take a trip in one and you would like it, too!
Those of you that post negative stuff here have never driven one, much less owned one.
I like this truck and will buy the new body style Avalance when I pay this one off. Talk all the trash you want to. They have sold 375,000 of these Avalanches since 2001. Someboby likes em'.
 
it's called cladding. and is better with out it. they are plastic and you lose them quite often, and they are expensive. w/out you can buy the fender flares and the look really nice.
