Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD vs Cadillac Escalade Ext? Why?

i am trying to choose a good strong truck that is fuel efficiant has alot of carring space can tow a heavy load and looks nice.
ive always wanted the escalade but the thing is I plan on maybe getting a nice fast car also so now i would like to know which i should get.
if you guys say the escalade then i dont have to buy a car but i would like one
whats your ideas?

If you need a bed and towing ability get the 1 ton truck. If you don't and want more luxury get the Caddy.

Alright never go with the escalade ext. the bed is way too small been there done that. you want a real pickup go with the chevy or check out the f150. great truck.

chevy silverado. they escalade is essentially the same car (same base, size) but with leather seats and a nav system. save the 10 grand+ and go for the chevy. you wont worry about getting a scratch.
