Cheapest place to get my 'Chevy Silverado painted...help?

I am wondering if anyone knows where I could get my truck painted in or around Red Deer AB. I am not looking for flames and demons shooting out of the side but a simple black or white would do wonders, any suggestions?

Also, a friend said that Maaco would probably do it for like 500 bucks, and that is about what im wanting to spend, can anyone confirm?

maaco does indeed do its cheap basic paint job for around $500.
maaco is a large nationwide chain, probably one not far from you.

however, if it looks good for 3 years, you'll be very lucky.


what makes the biggest price difference in a paint job is prep work. thats where most the time and labor is.
if you did some of the simpler parts yourself, like removing trim and bumpers that dont get painted, you could save some on a higher quality paint job. do ALL the prep work yourself and have a very good shop spray it is the best bet for quality work on a budget.
